    1. Good morning. What an interesting concept. I really enjoyed listening to you this morning. Pleasant speaking with much positive information. ???

  1. I found this short video very powerful with looking at who a person is very simply. Many people do not know who they are or the things that drive them in their lives and a short and very powerful look at role models they have in their lives can give them a small insight. Too many people watch these features without realising what they are actually taking in from the visuals they are watching. We take in so much without realising its input into our lives.

      1. Wow that’s pretty cool thank you. My movie was avatar, went to see 2 times in the theaters. I liked the main character and the biologist Grace.

        1. Vasana! Avatar was EPIC. What a wonderful storyline and concept and movie. That movie really has our heroin focused on trust. While yes, she is working to save her planet, she is also finding love and trust with someone who was literally thrust into her world. She is the doorway to a new path of living. Dr Grace Augustine however is the literal architect of the bridge between worlds. She is the one that feels responsible for all of it. The dynamic of the 3 characters in that movie is amazing. I suspect you are likely a very intelligent and motivated person. If you are feeling any weight on yourself, you should definitely ask if it’s yours to cary. If not, amazing! Either way, Im going to add to my list again because its such a powerful movie and then Ill see if I get any additional messages for you surrounding Grace. Also, for some reason, Im getting the feeling that there is more than just Grace in it for you πŸ™‚ All the best – Mike

    1. yeah, kinda blew me away when I discovered the parallels. OK, well, since then, its FLOORED me because I have not found a time when it didnt work. Only times when “I” didn’t understand the depths of the movie or the other person and have some discussion, the pattern was revealed. πŸ™‚ – Mike

  2. Thank you for the movie idea. My fav movies include β€œDead Poets Society” and β€œAmadeus” and β€œThe Natural.” All about dreamers.

    1. Exactly! Do keep in mind that DPS is also about parental rejection and the challenges of being accepted when you are not like those who raised you. It is 100% about being a dreamer and self acceptance, surrendering the need for approval from others. I have not seen Amadeus or The natural and will add those to my list πŸ™‚ – Mike

  3. Thank you for sharing with us..I know that I’am meant to serve and to help people..and I feel like this may be the way I can.

  4. Thank you, I found you have an incredibly beautiful soul just by listening to you and looking into your eyes. Wonderful. My favourite movie did not come up, which surprised me. Pretty Woman really touched me and I could watch it everyday. I don’t know what it means to me but maybe I am continuing to seek my true soul mate.
Thank you for giving this presentation for free as I would not have been able to watch if I had to pay.
My happiness and love follow you in everything that you do.

    1. awe! thank you Barbara πŸ™‚ much appreciated! As for pretty woman.. I have broken this one down a few times and while it can mean many different things to different people, for many, it is about “being saved”. The hero Richard Gere, pulls her from her challenging life to give her a whole new reality. She is humbled, beautiful, strong, intelligent and an amazing woman who is simply living the life she was dealt. The “saved” theme is very “Disney” and is anchored from many of our child hoods in the movies and media we absorbed from the 30s to today, and even further back. For me, I had many super hero movies as my favorites growing up because my role, as defined by media, was TO SAVE. Eventually I did shrug that narrative off and even posted a number of years back that the Hero of tomorrow will save himself and become a beacon of truth for the world to see. A candle by which all other candles can be lit should they choose. I get the feeling you still love that movie, but it does not really DEFINE you?? Not sure why I am saying that, but it is true. You are already starting to really shine, today is just the invitation to shine without ANY reservations πŸ™‚ all my love – Mike

  5. This is a very interesting way to get people to open up .That would normally not open up to you. Get idea.
I also would like to say I’m very happy with this site. One of the main reasons is you aren’t trying to sell anything. Thank you for everything ?

    1. awe thanks! πŸ™‚ we do sell stuff, it’s how we keep the lights on, but we are not info forcing anything upon anyone. We are all about helping to awaken those who are ready to play in a new reality with us and were so grateful you are with us Maria πŸ™‚ – Mike

  6. Hello Michael:

My favorite movie is ‘Some Where In Time (1980); and yes it is about a woman who is stuck between two worlds. In 1972, in her old age, she was able to meet him and give him an old watch which he left her(in the year 1912) and she stated to him to ‘Come back to Me’.

In 1912, she and he fell in love with each other and after their one night stand, he pulled out a penny from his suit, as he was enjoying her company dated 1979 and was injected back into that time period. He tried to return to her, but could not and soon after he eventually died of a broken heart, but at the end they wound up together again.

    1. OH gosh Vanessa! This was one of my favorite movies as a kid and I even mention it on my wall recently on FB. SUCH a powerful movie. I can’t tell you how many hours/days I started at a penny when i was 9 years old after watching this. It was one of the early influences on me thinking that with my mind, I could transcend space and time. Yes I know that sounds odd, but I have always known that the seat of the soul was outside both. Anyhow, he is a man out of time, she is a woman who is otherwise committed by obligation. Their love transcends the barriers of time and space and as you say, in the end, he passes from his loneliness and misery for losing that soul partner. I think this movie definitely shows what a romantic you are and how deeply you value love. My only caution would be that in the end, his death, while romantic was of course so unnecessary. Had he shared his journey and his experiences with the world, it could have changed how others perceived love. Write your own new ending to that movie and see how it makes you feel πŸ™‚ all my love – Mike

  7. Disliked those movies. Mine is The Princess Bride. Good way of changing thinking about how to read people by their answers and some questions that are non invasive.

    1. thanks Andrew πŸ™‚ OK though seriously, my family LOVES that movie πŸ™‚ we quote it all the time! Im also a wedding officiant and I have hoped that some day, someone would request that I start with the “Mawige” line. That movie really resonates with soulmate love and the challenges that come when we are on the journey to finding it, but in a SUPER FUN and playful way. Clearly you are a smart and loving soul and were so glad you are with us – Mike

  8. My favourite movie is terminator 2 judgement day.sarah Conner kicks butt, so…what does that say about me?????

    1. Hey Tracy! great to see you in here again πŸ™‚ … OK T2.. in this one yes, she kicks butt, but more than that, she starts the movie being completely misunderstood and locked up for her beliefs (even though right). The very interesting thing in this movie is that her adversary from the first movie, now comes to her aid in the second. So her shadow is literally there to help her keep her energy alive (her son). So this shows the merging of the first shadow to help transcend another level of depth against a moving adversary that can shift into any being needed to prevent the calling. While on the surface its all action, when we apply all this to the ego journey, we can see that there may be a correlation between the hero, the adversary and the many layers of that journey. To me, this speaks to the fact that you are ready and willing to fight the good fight and to integrate that shadow work to help you move on πŸ™‚ hope that helps. – Mike

  9. Thank you so much for sharing this information, I just had a similar conversation with my daughter (including the Marvel movie reference) she likes Bucky at the moment and I like the hulk.

    1. OK, so my daughter and I just watched all the Marvel series in timeline order (we still have the last avenger movies left). So since its fresh, I will break down my own perception of the archetypes of each character and their journey. 1. Bucky… he is almost killed because he is so misunderstood. He feels like hes simply a cog in the machine and hates that he has been used to further the agenda of the others. He feels like he has(d) no control over his life, but he is a good person inside. No matter what the external reality looks like. He is a true good guy that has been hurt by his world. There is much to unpack for her im sure, but it is all good stuff πŸ™‚ she is probably an amazing girl! 2. Hulk. The hulk is the embodiment of dealing with ones darker feelings of anger and rage. Bruce is able to control that side of himself (mostly), but he is still feeling like he is a victim of it… UNTIL he tells all that he is no longer a victim of his anger, hes just angry always. He surrenders to his “darker side” so that he may live in communion with it. This is actually mentioned in many spiritual texts (knowing thyself in the darkest of darks to come to the lightest of light). These are both great characters with layers of messages for you both. It would be fun to have an experience where you interview each other as you both attempt to dig into the characters journey in a safe way. Remember, there is no judgement, only discovery πŸ™‚ much love Kelly – Mike

  10. Never gave a movie choice a second thought until you brought it up. It is so true! I LOVE it! Thank you for the gift!

    1. you are very welcome Geri! thanks for taking the time to go inside and to grow πŸ™‚ much love! – Mike

  11. Thank you ? my favorite movie is The Green mile. The black man is my favorite character. Does this say that I’m a good person and that I dislike all the ugliness in the world?

    1. OK, same. When I saw it, I instantly fell in love with it. Let’s get into a breakdown: The character you are referencing is pure innocence and love. He is COMPLETELY misunderstood by his world. He is an angel on earth that is persecuted for being who he was born to be. He is highly empathic and intuitive in a world that does not condone it. This movie is such a beautiful movie Alison. Im going to watch it again myself. Also, I would rather say what is a message for you vs what it means about you. There is a message for us both. We are not to be the martyr or the sufferer for the world. We are to be the light for the world. Thankfully we are in a place now that is very different from the movie, you CAN be supported and bring your light. It’s time to leave the cell and to let the “ugliness” we see leave our soul and body, just as it did through his mouth in the film. We do not have to carry it πŸ™‚ all my love – Mike

  12. I just have to say this was very enlightening for me! My favorite movie was sweet home Alabama. It resonates on so many levels with the notebook! I paid for the classes and somehow it got deleted on my phone. Is there a way to get them back??? I’d really like to go thru them…

    1. Hey Kristi πŸ™‚ someone is going to get you access here today again to be sure you are all set πŸ™‚ Also, i have not seen Sweet Home Alabama, but i just added to my list πŸ™‚ – Mike

    2. Hi Kristi, sending you an email with instructions on how to access the course again. πŸ™‚ Much love, Lois

  13. FAVORITE MOVIE=THE KING AND I–CHARACTER-ANNA
2, MOVIE GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY—CHARACTER-“ROOT”-I LOVE THAT LITTLE GUY!!!
WHAT DOES THAT SAY ABOUT ME? LOL!!!

      1. I havent seen this yet, but I will add to my list Catherine πŸ™‚ I wish I could just read the summary and help, but movies are so deep that I have to connect to each character in depth to give a real answer , so I will πŸ™‚ – Mike

        1. Hi Mike! Thank you so much for all your insights and all you do. I love your courses. Keep it up. I repeat things I’ve heard you say in videos regularly back to myself. Amazingly accurate and informative. It also helps me to stay calmer and more focused.
My favorite movie is ‘The Man From Snowy River’. My favorite character is Jim Craig. It has been my favorite movie since I first seen it as a young child, about 24 years ago. I love several movies since then, but if I am asked what my favorite is, that’s still it! Would love to hear your thoughts πŸ™‚ much love!

          1. awe Amanda! that is the nicest compliment and helps me so much. I do often wonder if anyone is really listening deeply and “doing the work” and im so glad to get your comment. I will check out the man from Snowy River, i have yet to check that one out yet. πŸ™‚ thanks so much and sending my love – Mike

  14. Hello…wow I really like what heard thank u so much…I am going through some things in my life but this beautiful well said thank u so much I feel like something good is going to happen for me thank u thank u.

  15. Mona – in the Disney movie
Her heart calls her to be something different to what her family deems as safe, sensible.

  16. My favorite movie(s) are Gladiator, Troy and 300. The main characters always being my favorite…. Idk what that says about me.

    1. I actually get this one a LOT in person. Not when we polled the Empath list, but in person for sure. So Dorothy is literally escaping her mundane reality to be swept away to a dreamy land where she brings together all the parts of the self. (lion, tin man, etc). She of course encounters many challenges and difficulties along the way, but in the end, she finds and is reminded that there is literally no place like home. The theme i have seen in this choice is that the person I talk to is usually still on that journey and has not necessarily clicked their heals together yet… but they are about to πŸ™‚ OR if they have, they are just grateful for the journey that let them do so. For whatever its worth, remember that in this story, the man behind the curtain is actually the ego (in my humble opinion). Best wishes – Mike

  17. Favorite movie:Beaches ,character: Bette Midler
Favorite Tv Show Golden girls (Blanch)
Favorite ice cream home made vanilla

    1. I have not seen Beaches yet, but I just added to my list. I have of course seen many episodes of GG and who does not just LOVE Blanch! She is 100% freedom and self expression. She beams with the freedom to do what she wants AND she has the mind to do so. What a great fav TV show πŸ™‚ so uplifting and powerful. I will watch beaches πŸ™‚ – Mike

  18. I can’t believe that Dirty Dancing came in second! I thought I was the only one. Lol. I relate so much to Baby in the film and I need to really think about what this means for me.
    Thank you, love you Mike.

  19. Movie- Shawshank Redemption
    Favorite Character- Andy
I was jaw dropped at this most remarkable and genuinely loving tool; thank you so much for sharing and allowing those of us who will use it lovingly to better understand those around us ❀️ I now feel so much closer to my higher self for sure as Andy represents my previous feelings I have experienced in my life that presented as injustices or unfair treatment leading Andy to confinement in prison and myself to confinement of the dark parts of my psyche. The goons beat Andy and my ego tried to beat me. Through perseverance and sheer determination, Andy made it to happiness to discover abundance and freedom, and I, too, am discovering the same ❀️ love you!!

  20. I asked my friend this question and he said white man jump I believe that’s a movie of man that trying to fit in and enjoy life thank you for the video

    1. “White Men Cant Jump” was with Woody and Wesley, and sadly I never saw it, I will add it to my list πŸ™‚ thanks Samara – Mike

    1. OH wow! you are so ready for the next phase of your life!!! so exciting! In short, Spiderman 3 is about facing our inner shadow and darker self. Which is a wonderful thing! Peter experiences challenges in dealing with his suppressed feelings of anger, vanity and guilt. Everything from vengeance to shame appears as the hero learns that he has another side to himself that he has been suppressing. This really is amazing because for it to come up, means you are about to process and move to another level of the self. Just remember, you deserve to be happy and you do NOT have to surrender love to do it. It is through love that you can find all answers πŸ™‚ – Mike

    1. OK, so, I LOVED that movie and after watching it, it shot up to my favorite as well. The main character is brilliant AND also has some of his own “inner conversations” that take place of course with his hallucinations. In this, John has the supportive love of a wonderful partner who sees him for exactly who he is. She supports and cares for him, even when others are telling her that its too dangerous and that she can NOT support him. This movie is multi layered, like most, but it really could represent the desire or affirmation of unconditional love and support, combined with inner feelings of brilliance and feeling very different from society and feeling completely misunderstood. Its SUCH an amazing movie and whatever it says about you, it also said about me when it first came out πŸ™‚ that was my inner feeling. For me, it turned out that I was “feeling” unsupported, but actually WAS fully supported by my amazing wife, I was personally just reluctant to see that support and honor her for giving it. Through my own growth I was able to remove my triggers and allow for acceptance and gratitude. I know this is probably not your situation, but I did want to share my own version so hopefully there is some insight you can gain, given this was one of mine in a time before πŸ™‚ much love! – Mike

  21. Most of my life IWant to find my purpose I’m always looking to help or to do for othersI feel I have to invent something to make everybody’s life better I don’t know what is is

    1. Ill send something out this weekend from my friend Kelli. Its free and starts by helping to identify your birth purpose. Its not granular, but it is such an amazing start πŸ™‚ thanks Christine – Mike

  22. 1st Favorite TV show: Popeye. (The Sailorman)
Something about the way he lives life, thats what gets me. Independent.
    Favorite Character: Popeye.
    2nd Favorite TV show: Spongebob.
I dont know why? But as old as i am i still love watching this cartoon.
    Favorite Character: Spongebob.
Thank you. Now i hope i can just work up the voice, to even ask. Im so glad i recieved this perfect timing for me. I am really grateful for thishelpful and fun peaceful tool today.

    1. WOW, best answer ever! LOL. (because ive never heard this one). So the amazing thing about Popeye is that he lives completely OBLIVIOUS to everyone and everything around him. He is pure bliss, even in the face of danger and adversity. He is nothing but himself. “I am what I am, and thats all that I am”… this speaks volumes about you Traci and I LOVE IT! Also, im sure by now you have also realized that this is the same archetype for Spongebob. (who I also LOVE so much). All of this is so wonderful for you because it could indicate that you are just fine being you and to heck with everything else, OR you are headed that direction (most likely the first). Such a wonderful answer and Im so glad you took the time to reply πŸ™‚ – Mike

  23. My movie was , I Am Legend, staring Will Smith. And in that movie Will Smith is my favorite character. So there’s that. Not sure how to break down movies. But the guy doing the YouTube video, man I really could feel your love come through. That was awesome.

    1. In I am Legend, will loses his entire family and is all alone. He is literally all alone on the planet… until he is not. So to keep it as simple as possible, he feels alone, finds a companion, has challenges accepting companionship and love, and then in the end, is so loving and caring that he gives his own life for those he has found. This to me speaks of a deeper desire to find and accept love after probably a long time of feeling alone. I hope that is not too direct Wendy. Sending you my love – Mike

    1. Im not familiar with that movie Cynthia, but I will watch it πŸ™‚ Try to inspect the emotional journey that the characters are on to discover your preference πŸ™‚ – Mike

  24. Supernatural, my favorite series, lion king my favorite movie, resonate most with the character of sinba

    1. My daughter LOVES supernatural. Lion king is beautiful too of course πŸ™‚ Notice the theme in these two movies… Both involve a birth right and a higher calling for the tribe. You may want to look at your Human Design if you are into those things πŸ™‚ Much love – Mike

  25. Armageddon
Was my favorite movie. Bruce Willis my favorite character.
He gave his own life to save humanity. I thought it was the most heroic thing in anyone could ever do. I love my life. However, the fact that a bunch of roughnecks that NASA thought were not very smart saved the world!!
Which tells me. I believe in the little guy. That the world is going to be saved NOT by the 1% but by the ones who have lived the hardest life. The ones who have been looked down upon!!
They are the ones who love humanity. Unlike the 1% who only love themselves.

    1. LOVE this Tamara. You nailed that movie being about the underdog. Try to dig a little deeper at the personal journey that Bruce went through too… was there a love interest or personal challenge he had while going through that bigger journey? Sometimes our movie is about the bigger picture, sometimes its about the small detail theme. One person I did this with chose Inception. Turned out that he was really feeling some deep thoughts about his own relationships, similar to the deeper journey that Leonardo went through πŸ™‚ Much love and keep pushing for the little guy! πŸ™‚

  26. Hello,
I originally replied to you that Casablanca is my favorite movie. After watching this video, I realize that my other favorite movies have a similar theme – All that Jazz, Pretty Woman, Dirty Dancing, and many others.
I am thinking now that they all portray women who find themselves involved with men that have not found what they wanted or the other person is not attainable. They all reflect parts of how I see myself. I will be pondering yhis for a long time.
    Thank you!
    Kathy

    1. SO perfect Kathleen!! You clearly get it and are on your way to discovering so many parts of yourself that are beautiful and perfect, just as they are πŸ™‚

  27. Hi
Thank you for sharing your interesting version of a personality evaluation..
I’m sure a person’s favourite book or song could be just as useful..
I can see how the person experiences a deep emotional connection or reaction to the to what they are watching reading or hearing.. Very interesting.., well done..
    Kind regards
    Vanessaβ™βœ¨

  28. 1. Butter Pecan
    2. The Good Fight (Lucca)
    3. A League of Their Own (Dottie?)

Thank you for this message. Hearing it again helps it to register with me. I hope to become an agent of change for others to find themselves and seek their truth.

  29. Okay so I get how I can somewhat read others on that …but I’m not sure about myself; m a female and my favorite movie doesn’t really have a girl in it not any I really like and no love storey …I love johnny D. In fear an loathing in Las Vegas….I can watch that movie over and over again and see about mething new almost every time …one after that 300 ……I missed one of ur videos from last month would really love to watch it …thank you for ur help and insight ….love it energy

    1. Hey Caeci πŸ™‚ OK, so F&L is a huge cult classic! In my younger years, I watched it over and over again, so I totally get it. JD is an amazing actor for sure and del toro is just mind blowing. The movies INTENT as I see it. This film is heavily focused on the separation from society. In it, all the characters are VERY outside of the norm and even their interactions with the “real world” are seen through a drug induced lens. Now, if someone is feeling very judgmental about drugs, this life and more, its easy to see this movie as a horrible reflection. But when we surrender all judgement and see it as a piece of art with a deeper meaning, its 100% to me about the desire to NOT conform to a society that is not healthy. Mind you it is through escape means, but the message is still the message πŸ™‚ “screw societal norms”. It is so easy for many of us to simply throw a finger up to society because so much of it makes so little sense. I would suspect you are very much outside of those norms and that you are very proud of that fact (which is not a bad thing)… What comes next is up to you πŸ™‚ – Mike

  30. Thank you, I was wondering what my favorite movie would say of me? Rocky 4, always and Rocky is who I enjoy. I’m a female, please answer this for me.

    1. Rocky 4 is a huge journey. It carries enormous loss & guilt as the motivating factor for the hero. He feels so guilty for not saving his friend, even though his friend said not to save him. There is of course struggle and triumph in the end. The storyline shows how a person with the most extreme of guilt can still “redeem themselves”, even in the most impossible of odds. Which is great, because it shows us that there is always hope and healing πŸ™‚ It also shows us that there is a road to inner and outer peace. Obviously I don’t “know you” at all Juliet, but I would say not to put so much weight on your shoulders. Thats a heavy burden you may feel you are carrying. Even if it is not specific to a person or an event, it may be there. Again, this is just my fun little tool, so do be sure to take it all with a grain of salt πŸ™‚ One added thing, we teach in the course about the levels of consciousness as explained by Dr David Hawkins PHD…Consider “Letting Go” by david hawkins and see where that takes you πŸ™‚

  31. Hi Mike! My favorite movies are the Wizard of Oz (I read your interpretation of it a couple minutes ago) and Titanic. I sort of know what they say about my life and they fit perfectly in describing my life. My favorite ice cream is Mocha Almond Crunch and my favorite shows (none are present day) are Little House on the Prairie and Criminal Minds! (Totally opposite shows for sure!!)

I am so glad I came across you today for the first time! You are amazing!!
My name is Lene’. It is French and is pronounced Len-AY…THANK YOU!

    1. I just love your energy πŸ™‚ thanks so much Lene’ , you are amazing! I hope to see you around more πŸ™‚ FYI, Titanic is epic and obviously a story of love that transcends obstacles and is surreal. The ultimate sacrifice for love. All I can say is that you are in the right place, here we give love freely and without reservation πŸ™‚ – Mike

  32. What about SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK? Any thoughts on that movie…I once went out with a guy that loved it and now I’m wondering what the deeper meaning is there

  33. WOW! That was cool…… thanks so much for sharing ? I thought immediately of The Wizard Of OZ ? I love, love, LOVE the scarecrow, he’s the best ? Every time I start singing he’s song, I have to sing it all, lol. Actually, all of there little songs. I found it super interesting that within seconds of thinking that movie, I thought hmmmm!! and the Notebook ? and then you mentioned that it was one of the most popular ones..Crazy.
    Thanks again ?

    1. love that Marney πŸ™‚ The scarecrow is the most amazing of energy archetypes in that journey to me (from the light side). He is innocence and beauty of heart. His demeanor is so pleasant and he just wants to use his new power (brain) to help others and to help the world. I will have to watch the original again, it’s been quite some time. There is also a couple others with Oz in here, so you may want to read the full breakdown of the movie as a whole to see if any of that fits for you πŸ™‚ So glad you are. here Marney – Mike

    1. Beauty and the beast is such a fun movie! There are of course many version, but I personally love the newest version πŸ™‚ OK, the storyline of this one is just amazing. A woman of pure love and beauty desires “more” for herself and her love life. Only to end up finding it in the most uncommon of places and with the most uncommon of persons. At the core, this is about overcoming love boundaries and false beliefs and forgoing what the “rest of the tribe” thinks about others. This is a great movie as it shows your desire and probable ability to see beyond the surface. I have not seen the greatest showman, but Mulan is also another story of seeing beyond the surface. Clearly she is a woman who operates as a man to honor her calling. Im sure when i watch the greatest showman, there will be a theme that follows all three movies of “seeing deeper”… πŸ˜‰ not sure if that resonates with you.

  34. My mind is always overthinking things so I couldn’t narrow down a favorite movie. I resonate more with music and I feel like this same thought could be applied to songs as well. It makes so much sense with how this would work and I don’t know how I never thought of it before ? I think it’s such a powerful tool that can help you see where someone really is struggling currently in their life. I love helping people and I am usually sought out as the designated ” therapist” in my friend group. I actually wanted to be a psychologist but life had a different path for me. I am sure with my empathic abilities that it would be hard for me to stay grounded and separated from the energy of my clients. So, I’m sure things work out the way they’re supposed to in the end. Thank you for sharing ?

    1. You are 100% right πŸ™‚ the only issue with doing Music is that our favorite music or song can often be a reflection of our mood at that EXACT moment, and may not apply to a greater time period. But it 100% should work too πŸ™‚ Two things to consider is that BEAT affects the choice and its not just about the narrative journey. so keep that in mind as you use the music end of the spectrum, but always there is a message in there πŸ™‚ “I am usually sought out as the designated ” therapist” in my friend group” – Same πŸ™‚ ” I am sure with my empathic abilities that it would be hard for me to stay grounded and separated from the energy of my clients”. once you heal any past trauma, its easy not to get entangled. Most people mistake “uncontrolled empathy” and “trauma”. Ive even heard some say “I healed my empathy”.. which I think is a bit far. We heal our trauma, which lowers our sensitivity to the pain of another, but we still are able to “feel and empathize” when we choose , but we no longer own or are overwhelmed πŸ™‚ to your journey Katie! – Mike

  35. Your video was absolutely eye opening! I’ve dabbled in Psychology as a hobby for awhile & seeing this just opened me up to a whole new perspective. I have to say that I’m more than a little nervous about what my favorite movie says about me though. First let me say that I was 12 the first time I saw this movie, I’m now 39, also At That Time I did not have a personal connection to this movie, but since that first time watching it, it’s been my favorite. A Time To Kill and my favorite character is Carl Lee Haley. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    1. I havent seen this Annette, but I will watch it and be back ASAP, may be a while πŸ™‚ I have a list now πŸ™‚ also, no need to be nervous, its all perfect and if you have found me, you are ready for so much more acceptance of who you are. That is what I do. I love and accept all and teach everyone else to do the same. Our movies are only a vessel to understand our inner self and accept and love that part of us that is still asking for it πŸ™‚ – Mike
